Snowy Day | Children Photography in Boston

Good Morning! It’s one day after our massive snowstorm and, although it’s Wednesday, I feel like it is a Sunday! This will be a strange week of wondering what day it is…Although with COVID stay-at-home, I am often wondering what day it is anyway!

As my kids were playing in the snow, I was reminded of the snow sessions we did this fall and how cute all the kids looked. It’s always so busy in November and December I barely posted any images.

The kiddos in these photos were my models for the holiday sessions and they are always fun the have in the studio.

Cake Smash Photographers | Boston, MA

Cake smashes are so funny! It’s a great way to show the personally of your child. A smash is a photographic story of how your child interacts with this massive cake and if they are going to love it…or hate it. You really never know! This little cutie loved hers, but was also very interested in her newly learned ability to walk! We had a lot of sitting, standing, walking, and laughs in the cake smash photos we took that day.

Photographing 5 girls that are 5 and under is no easy task, but we got it and had a lot of fun making it happen.

Working with light was the magic the brought me to newborn photography. I love how light bends around any subject and when I am working with newborns, the combination of light and these perfect faces…it’s amazing. These images are from a 2020 session where the mom wanted a combination of darker and lighter images in her session.
